วันจันทร์ที่ 9 มีนาคม 2569 นายรพีภัทร์ จันทรศรีวงศ์ อธิบดีกรมวิชาการเกษตรมอบหมายนางสาวปรียานุช ทิพยะวัฒน์ รองอธิบดีกรมวิชาการเกษตร ให้การต้อนรับ Mr. Pedro Moreno Valenzuela และ Mr. Demetrios Fragoyiannis จากกระทรวงสุขภาพและความปลอดภัยอาหาร (Directorate – General for Health and Food Safety : DG-SANTE) แห่งสหภาพยุโรปที่เดินทางมาตรวจประเมินระบบการควบคุมสารกำจัดศัตรูพืชในอาหารที่มีแหล่งกำเนิดจากพืชเพื่อส่งออกไปยังสหภาพยุโรป ณ ประเทศไทย ระหว่างวันที่ 9 – 20 มีนาคม 2569 พร้อมทั้งเป็นประธานเปิดการประชุมภารกิจการตรวจประเมินการควบคุมสารกำจัดศัตรูพืชในอาหารที่มีแหล่งกำเนิดจากพืชเพื่อส่งออกไปยังสหภาพยุโรปการควบคุมสารกำจัดศัตรูพืชในอาหารจากพืช โดยในการประชุมดังกล่าว ผู้แทนกรมวิชาการเกษตรได้นำเสนอข้อมูลโครงสร้าง และการดำเนินการของกรมวิชาการเกษตรในฐานะหน่วยงานที่มีอำนาจหน้าที่ในการดำเนินการในระบบการควบคุมสารกำจัดศัตรูพืชค้างในสินค้าพืชเพื่อส่งออกไปยังสหภาพยุโรปของไทย พร้อมทั้งนำเสนอกฎระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยมี Mr. Michael Bucki และ Mr. Dusit Meksingvee จากสำนักงานคณะผู้แทนสหภาพยุโรปประจำประเทศไทย (Delegation of the European Union to Thailand) พร้อมด้วยนายศรุต สุทธิอารมณ์ ที่ปรึกษากรมวิชาการเกษตรด้านนโยบายพัฒนางานวิจัย และผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานกรมวิชาการเกษตรที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วมการประชุมฯ ณ ห้องประชุมใหญ่ ชั้น 2 อาคารศูนย์ปฏิบัติการฝึกอบรมและถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยี กรมวิชาการเกษตร รองอธิบดีกรมวิชาการเกษตรเน้นย้ำว่า กรมวิชาการเกษตรให้ความสำคัญต่อการส่งออกสินค้าเกษตรปลอดภัย และเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดการนำเข้าของประเทศคู่ค้าอย่างเคร่งครัด รวมทั้งสหภาพยุโรปที่ให้ความสำคัญต่อความปลอดภัยของสินค้าอาหารเป็นอย่างยิ่ง โดยเห็นว่า การตรวจประเมินฯ ในครั้งนี้จะเป็นโอกาสในการสร้างความมั่นใจให้แก่คณะผู้ตรวจประเมินฯ ต่อระบบการควบคุมสารกำจัดศัตรูพืชค้างในสินค้าพืชเพื่อส่งออกไปยังสหภาพยุโรปของไทย รวมทั้งสร้างความเข้าใจ และความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างหน่วยงานที่กำกับดูแลการนำเข้า-ส่งออกสินค้าพืชของทั้งสองประเทศ
Department of Agriculture held the Opening Meeting for Pesticide Residue Audit
On 9 March 2026, Mr. Rapibhat Chandarasrivongs, Director-General of the Department of Agriculture (DOA), assigned Ms. Preeyanooch Tippayawat, Deputy Director-General of the DOA, as his representative at the Opening Meeting of the pesticide residue audit visit. Ms. Preeyanooch Tippayawat welcomed Mr. Pedro Moreno Valenzuela and Mr. Demetrios Fragoyiannis from the Directorate-General for Health and Food Safety (DG-SANTE) and delivered the opening remarks for the mission, which is scheduled from 9–20 March 2026.
During the meeting, DOA representatives presented the structure and overview of the DOA as the Thai competent authority for the official control system for pesticide residues in plant products exported to the European Union (EU), including relevant regulations and the DOA’s implementation process. The meeting was attended by Mr. Michael Bucki and Mr. Dusit Meksingvee from the Delegation of the European Union to Thailand, along with Mr. Sarute Sudhi-Aromna, Adviser to the Department of Agriculture on Research and Development Policy, and representatives from relevant DOA offices. The session was held in the Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Center for Training and Technology Transfer Building, Department of Agriculture.
The Deputy Director-General of the DOA emphasized that the DOA gives priority to the export of safe agricultural products and strictly complies with the import requirements of trade partners, especially the EU, which places a high priority on food safety. The Deputy Director-General noted that this audit will serve as an opportunity to assure the EU auditors that the Thai official control system for pesticide residues in plant products exported to the European Union continues to meet all European Union import requirements. This includes establishing mutual understanding and strengthening relations between the competent authorities responsible for the import and export of plant products on both sides.
