กรมวิชาการเกษตรจัดประชุมปิดภารกิจตรวจประเมินระบบการควบคุมสารพิษตกค้างในสินค้าพืชที่ส่งออกไปยังสหภาพยุโรป (The Department of Agriculture Held a Wrap-up Meeting for the Pesticide Residue Audit Mission in Thailand)

เมื่อวันที่ 20 มีนาคม 2569 นายรพีภัทร์ จันทรศรีวงศ์ อธิบดีกรมวิชาการเกษตรมอบหมายนางสาวปรียานุช ทิพยะวัฒน์ รองอธิบดีกรมวิชาการเกษตร เป็นประธานในการประชุมปิดภารกิจการตรวจประเมินการควบคุมสารกำจัดศัตรูพืชในอาหารที่มีแหล่งกำเนิดจากพืชเพื่อส่งออกไปยังสหภาพยุโรป โดยมี Mr. Pedro Moreno Valenzuela หัวหน้าคณะผู้ตรวจประเมินฯ จากกระทรวงสุขภาพและความปลอดภัยอาหาร (Directorate – General for Health and Food Safety : DG SANTE) แห่งสหภาพยุโรป Mr. Michael Bucki และ Mr. Dusit Meksingvee จากสำนักงานคณะผู้แทนสหภาพยุโรปประจำประเทศไทย (Delegation of the European Union to Thailand) พร้อมด้วยนายศรุต สุทธิอารมณ์ ที่ปรึกษากรมวิชาการเกษตรด้านนโยบายพัฒนางานวิจัย และผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานกรมวิชาการเกษตรที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วมการประชุมฯ ณ ห้องประชุมใหญ่

ชั้น 2 อาคารศูนย์ปฏิบัติการฝึกอบรมและถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยี กรมวิชาการเกษตร ซึ่งในการประชุมครั้งนี้ หัวหน้าคณะผู้ตรวจประเมินได้รายงานสรุปภารกิจการตรวจประเมินฯ

รองอธิบดีกรมวิชาการเกษตรเห็นว่า การตรวจประเมินฯ ในครั้งนี้จะสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระบบการควบคุมสารกำจัดศัตรูพืชตกค้างในสินค้าพืชเพื่อส่งออกไปยังสหภาพยุโรปของไทยแก่คณะผู้ตรวจประเมินฯ

และหวังว่า กรมวิชาการเกษตร และ DG SANTE จะทำงานร่วมกันอย่างใกล้ชิดเพื่อลดปัญหาอุปสรรค

ทางการค้าระหว่างไทยและสหภาพยุโรปต่อไป พร้อมทั้งเน้นย้ำว่า กรมวิชาการเกษตรในฐานะหน่วยงานที่มีอำนาจหน้าที่ในการดำเนินการในระบบการควบคุมสารกำจัดศัตรูพืชค้างในสินค้าพืชเพื่อส่งออกไปยังสหภาพยุโรปให้ความสำคัญต่อการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดการนำเข้าของประเทศคู่ค้า รวมทั้งมาตรฐานสากลเป็นอย่างยิ่ง

The Department of Agriculture Held a Wrap-up Meeting for the Pesticide Residue Audit Mission in Thailand

On 20th March 2026, Mr. Rapibhat Chandarasrivongs, Director-General of the Department of Agriculture (DOA), assigned Ms. Preeyanooch Tippayawat, Deputy Director-General of the DOA, as his representative at the wrap-up meeting for the audit of the official control system for pesticide residues in plant products exported to the European Union (EU) and to deliver the closing remarks for the mission.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Pedro Moreno Valenzuela, Head of Audit Team from Directorate – General for Health and Food Safety (DG SANTE); Mr. Michael Bucki and

Mr. Dusit Meksingvee from the Delegation of the European Union to Thailand, Mr. Sarute Sudhi-Aromna, Adviser to the Department of Agriculture on Research and Development Policy, and representatives from relevant DOA offices. The session was held in the Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Center for Training and Technology Transfer Building, Department of Agriculture. During the meeting, the Head of the Audit Team presented the mission’s findings.

The Deputy Director-General of the DOA stated that this audit would enhance the audit team’s understanding of the Thai official control system for pesticide residues in plant products exported to the EU. She also expressed hope that the DOA and DG SANTE would work closely together to reduce trade barriers between Thailand and the EU. Furthermore, the Deputy Director-General emphasized that the DOA, as the Thai competent authority, places the highest priority on compliance with the import requirements of trading partners and international standards.
